There has been a popular article floating around the internet over the past week or so about Tom Brady and his family eating a whole food plant-based diet. The article is about his chef, Allen Campbell, who took the Cornell University plant based nutrition course taught by T. Colin Campbell (the author of the China Study) and what he is preparing for Tom and his family to eat. Currently, they are eating about 80% plant based foods and absolutely no dairy, refined sugar, or white flour. If Tom Brady is working at a plant-based diet, why can't you?
